This is achieved through control over every aspect of the supply chain from farm to fork. We pride ourselves on being able to tell you everything you want to know about our beef. We also believe that animals should never be deprived of living a great life. Which is why we keep our cattle together as a herd and are free to roam rotational grazing programs that provides maximum grass for minimal impact to the pastures. We chose cattle based on there temperament, eye muscle, and marbling, and of course the taste. We don't believe in injecting our cattle with any kind of hormone. We vaccinate to protect against common cattle diseases and drench to protect from intestinal worms. We think this gives the cattle the best protection to remain healthy!
